One Summer Evening

I went to Sandbanks in Poole one evening in the summer and managed to photograph a really beautiful sunset with only the short bit of orange going through the skyline which I found really fascinating. I also tried to play with the image slightly by moving the camera when i took the picture to give the orange line effect over the image. This also shows a general progression through my images to create a much more interesting picture with the lines which has completely lost all the boats and the water in the final shot.

This final image shows an array of colour from the lights across the bay and I think the four final images would work well in a proggresive set. The images are accidental images that have been taken without any care however I ensured that I expanded the blurred line slightly more in each image. The atmosphere of the lighting creates a new or different meaning to the pictures, as if they were taken on a cloudy afternoon the style of them would immediately change. It is clear that lighting does affect images and the style and content of them.
